Electrical-Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality electro‑mechanical systems, is seeking a dedicated Electrical‑Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Finishing department, you will support the assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated equipment used in industrial applications. Job Title: Electrical‑Mechanical Assembler Location: Hobart, WI Pay Range: Based on experience Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM What's the Job? Assemble electro‑mechanical components, subassemblies, and finishing equipment based on detailed drawings and work instructions Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel assembly to ensure precise connections Install and connect pneumatic and mechanical components to support system functionality Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly documentation accurately Inspect completed assemblies to meet quality and operational standards, troubleshooting issues as needed What's Needed? Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings effectively Experience with electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assembly preferred 2+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience preferred Technical degree, certification, or related manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle is a plus What's in it for me?
