Electrical-Mechanical Assembler

Electrical-Mechanical Assembler Hobart, WI | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EMT International is seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to join our Finishing team. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems used in EMT's finishing equipment. You'll work closely with engineering, machining, and production teams to build high-quality custom equipment and support on-time delivery to customers. What You'll Do * Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finishing equipment from drawings and work instructions * Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel assembly * Install and connect pneumatic and mechanical components * Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly documentation * Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality standards are met * Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issues * Safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment * Collaborate with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement initiatives * Assist with machine testing, setup, and final preparation for shipment when needed What We're Looking For * Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings * Experience with electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assembly preferred * 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred * Technical degree, certification, or related manufacturing experience preferred * Basic computer skills preferred * Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle is a plus PI42aeaec092a9-29400-40669506
