Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

AbbVie seeks a Recruiter to support its Commercial organization by identifying and placing qualified candidates across assigned functions. The role involves managing job requisitions, developing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Attract top talent and build qualified candidate pools for current and future openings
- Pre-screen candidates, manage requisitions in SmartRecruiters, and track recruiting metrics
- Develop sourcing strategies and identify talent pools aligned to business priorities
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing activities and prepare competitive offer packages
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain applicant tracking reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years recruitment experience in competitive, fast-paced environment
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
- SmartRecruiters platform management experience preferred
- Strong business presence and ability to build stakeholder confidence
