Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Monitor client progress towards therapy goals and make adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical assessments.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive care and addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring both client confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mental Sphere, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of prior experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
