Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage in various clinical tasks that directly impact client outcomes:

• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that treatment modalities are appropriate for each unique set of circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in care meetings and sharing insights on treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case histories, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC licensure from the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
