Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health to determine their needs and treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on a detailed understanding of each client's unique challenges and circumstances.

• Engage in regular one-on-one counseling sessions providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster community and support among clients facing similar struggles.

• Foster a supportive therapeutic environment by providing clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including referrals to psychiatrists when medication management is needed.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a relevant mental health counseling position, delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
