HR Specialist Personaladministration / Payroll in Teilzeit - ALDI Shared Services (m/w/d) Das sind deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung unserer Gesellschaften unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen, tarifvertraglichen und betrieblichen Regelungen Verwaltung der Arbeitszeit- und Urlaubskonten im Zeiterfassungssystem Erstellung arbeitsvertraglicher Dokumente und Arbeitszeugnisse sowie das Überführen der Mitarbeiterakten in ein Personalaktenarchiv Beratung unserer Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bei abrechnungsrelevanten und arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden sowie Übernahme des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen Aufbereitung und Abstimmung der Daten für und mit dem Rechnungswesen (Gehaltsbuchungen, Personalrückstellungen, etc.) Prüfung und Umsetzung sich ändernder Anforderungen in der Gehaltsabrechnung (bspw. Gesetzliche Änderung) Vorbereitung der Personalkostenplanung und proaktive sowie bedarfsgesteuerte Aufbereitung und Analyse von Personalkennzahlen (regulär sowie ad hoc) Analyse der bestehenden Prozesse und Identifikation möglicher Optimierungspotenziale Das bringst du mit Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung bzw. Personaladministration Gute Kenntnisse im aktuellen Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
