Business Development Representative

Be the first voice customers hear when they call about a boat, RV, or trailer. You'll field inbound calls and online inquiries, help shoppers find the right unit, and turn interest into appointments and closed deals — with earning potential up to $75K. What you'll do: Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from prospective buyers Walk customers through inventory, pricing, and options by phone and email Convert leads into showroom appointments and closed sales Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in the CRM Coordinate with the sales floor for test drives, walkarounds, and handoffs What we're looking for: Sales or customer-service phone experience (dealership, RV, or marine a plus) Comfortable selling over the phone and by email Motivated by goals and earning potential Professional, personable, and reliable Pay & schedule: Up to $75,000/yr.
