Base Pay $24.00 - $32.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Description Treatment Coordinator – Springfield Passion Dental Passion Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Springfield Dentistry and Braces. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment needs, financial options, and next steps in their dental care journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with patients while helping them navigate treatment recommendations and insurance benefits. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
