Administrative Assistant

Locations: Ypsilanti, Dearborn Heights, and Flint, MI

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:45 AM 5:15 PM

Pay: $15-18/hr BOE

About the Role

We're seeking a self-starter Administrative Assistant who can multitask, stay organized, and provide excellent support to both clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Process payments accurately

• Perform data entry and maintain organized records

• Assist clients with forms and documentation

• Scan and copy documents for clients and internal staff

• Support attorneys and team members with administrative tasks

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus

• A positive, energetic attitude is essential attitude is everything
