Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with enforcing site rules related to entry, departure, and restricted areas. Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, and following post orders for after-hours coverage, alarms, and other security-related duties. Minimum Requirements Must have 2+ years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
