In this role, you will assist with identifying and reporting security-related concerns while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity, agility, and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Support cash handling and other sensitive operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and reporting security-related concerns in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
