Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Coordinator in Boston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a professional corporate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.98 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site-specific protocols. Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting security-related incidents as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Meet a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
