Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM Fri: 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an armed post at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local law enforcement when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials as required, and support site policies related to visitor entry, employee access, and/or restricted locations. Maintain a professional armed presence while following post orders, reporting procedures, and applicable use‑of‑force guidelines, and complete required activity logs and incident reports. Minimum Requirements: Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
