Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with an interdisciplinary treatment team to foster collaborative care; participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively showcasing your ability to manage urgent patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction disorders, and various co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Iris Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, which is commensurate with your education and experience.
