Marketing Technology Specialist

To support marketing and sales initiatives, the full-time Marketing Technology Specialist will manage technology, automation, reporting, and digital infrastructure in a remote role for candidates residing in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. Key responsibilities: Oversee website management, CRM administration, marketing automation, and technology integrations to enhance lead generation and operational efficiency Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and lead lifecycle processes Create and analyze dashboards and reports to drive data-informed marketing and sales decisions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or a similar role Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and managing WordPress websites Strong analytical skills with experience in creating reports and dashboards Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available during Pacific business hours
