Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations with clients to identify their mental health status, goals, and areas for improvement.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to address individual client issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and more.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive techniques to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
