Generalist Writer for AI Quality Evaluation [Remote]

Help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing written content and AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and reliability. This independent contractor role combines professional writing judgment with structured, detail-oriented evaluation. Key Responsibilities

• Review written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality.
• Compare outputs with detailed instructions, guidelines, and evaluation criteria to assess adherence.
• Identify discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback that is precise, consistent, objective, concise, and constructive.
• Document findings systematically using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.

• Native US English speaker with exceptional grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication skills.
• Experience in professional writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or another writing-intensive role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle issues in written material.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to evaluate information objectively.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, apply criteria consistently across a high volume of work, work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high-quality output.

• Independent contractor engagement, remote within the United States or Western Europe.
• Immediate start required.
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week throughout the engagement.

$40 to $50 per hour.
