Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company near Passaic, NJ, is seeking an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and modifying documents including lease agreements, lease amendments, service agreements, and other documents

• Tracking lease provisions and administration

• Abstracting leases

• Creating summaries and charts

• Handling correspondence including mail and phones

• Preparing binders

• Scheduling meetings and depositions

• Scheduling meetings

• Maintaining calendars

• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent paralegal experience

• Real estate and/or leasing experience preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

• Strong MS Office knowledge

• Excellent communication skills

• Very organized

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
