Contracts & Membership Coordinator

Cencora seeks a Contracts & Membership Coordinator to manage formulary initiatives and contracting activities with over 200 generic manufacturing partners. The role involves database management, reporting to stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid position based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Manage formulary initiatives within Cencora's bidding portal and maintain tracking database
- Ensure timely execution of formulary requests and coordinate with generic category management team
- Generate regular reports from database to track progress and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Conduct data analysis and research to resolve formulary-related issues and ensure accuracy
- Interact with manufacturing partners, internal departments, and vendors to support sourcing objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, operations, communications, or related field
- 2+ years experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, contract administration, or project coordination
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Project management or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
