Executive Assistant

Advanced Network Services of Florida is seeking an Executive Assistant to support company leadership with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To: Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: 3+ years supporting senior executives. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
