Health Insurance Project Associate, responsible for leading cross-functional projects and process improvements in a fully remote, full-time position. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project implementations, including stakeholder engagement and collaboration Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and develop mitigation strategies Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement change management and risk mitigation projects Required Qualifications 3+ years of work experience in health insurance 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
