Work Environment

Your role will be onsite within a well-structured rehabilitation facility, providing an engaging and empathetic atmosphere for patients. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule that suits both personal and professional needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on treatment to 1-2 patients per hour within an outpatient orthopedic setting, ensuring each patient receives focused and individualized care.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans based on thorough assessments of patient needs and goals, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans using our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a passionate team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to optimize patient outcomes and foster a holistic approach to recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective recovery techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-management of conditions to enhance their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; candidates with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy are highly preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt treatment protocols based on patient progress and feedback.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with patients and creating an encouraging rehabilitation environment.

Preferred Experience

We require a minimum of two years of experience in a similar outpatient orthopedic setting, allowing you to bring a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. Compensation and Benefits
