Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 1–2 patients per hour, offering customized treatment sessions that prioritize individual rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and facilitate recovery.
• Continuously assess and modify patient treatment plans based on their progress, utilizing objective measures to track advancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interventions and outcomes using WebPT, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and activities to facilitate home care, promoting independence and self-management.
• Cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere that fosters patient motivation and compliance throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working primarily with orthopedic patients, ranging from post-operative individuals to those with chronic pain or mobility issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse demographic, addressing the unique rehabilitation needs of athletes, older adults, and individuals recovering from various orthopedic injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic patients, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually , in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
