Work Environment

This is an onsite position within our modern outpatient clinic, equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies and tools. The clinic emphasizes a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere where therapists work closely with one another, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient outcomes. You will enjoy a structured workweek, with hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day will be engaging and varied, including the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough movement assessments for each patient to create customized therapy plans that address individual needs.
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to facilitate effective recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Educate and empower patients through tailored exercise regimens and lifestyle modifications, fostering independence and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role requires a patient-centered approach to care, as you will be guiding individuals of all ages through their rehabilitation journey while addressing their unique physical and emotional challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills to design personalized treatment plans and adjust techniques based on individual patient progress.
• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively educate and motivate patients in their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedicated work will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary between USD 100,000 and USD 140,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
