Work Environment

This role is an onsite position in our outpatient clinic, meaning you will directly engage with patients in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Our clinic operates on a traditional Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable work-life balance while allowing you to connect with a diverse patient population. You will benefit from a collaborative environment, working alongside other healthcare specialists to provide holistic treatment options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate recovery and optimize function.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure personalized attention and effective outcomes. For example, oversee a group of no more than 8 patients per day to enable focused care.
• Advocate for alternative treatment pathways that prioritize non-surgical interventions and decrease the dependence on pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver high-quality education to patients regarding injury prevention strategies and wellness practices that can be incorporated into their daily lives.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), particularly Web PT, to accurately document patient interactions and track progress.
• Motivate patients by celebrating their milestones and achievements, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver multidisciplinary treatment plans, ensuring cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Our clinic serves a diverse community where understanding and adjusting treatment to fit different lifestyles and physical abilities is essential. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of California is a must.
• Possession of a clean license with no disciplinary history.

• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency with EMR software, with a preference for experience with Web PT.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
