Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to design tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, empowering them with knowledge about their recovery process and at-home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients at each stage of their recovery journey, fostering an encouraging environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is a plus.
• Current and valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), to be maintained throughout employment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques alongside sports rehabilitation knowledge.
• Experience in managing post-operative cases and chronic pain disorders is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually for full-time positions, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
