Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, promoting functional recovery and mobility.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness to empower them in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our holistic approach considers physical, emotional, and social factors in treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of our patients' well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Current Physical Therapy License in California.
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise or certification in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation is strongly desired.

• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong manual therapy skills, with a desire to enhance this skill set continually.

Compensation and Benefits
