Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including assessments of physical condition, medical history, functional limitations, and personal goals, to ensure tailored treatment strategies.
• Create and implement individualized care plans that reflect assessment findings and align with the patient's personal goals and lifestyle.
• Support and educate patients on their therapeutic journey by addressing their concerns, helping them understand their injury, and guiding them towards commitment to their treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and patient education methods to enhance treatment efficacy while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on responses to therapy.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with relevant regulations and clinical best practices.
