The work setting at On Point Rehab Center is dynamic and patient-focused, emphasizing a strong team-based approach. Operating out of a fully equipped outpatient office, our facility boasts state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert treatment for 1–2 patients per hour in our outpatient orthopedic clinic, showcasing skills in patient assessment and manual therapy techniques.
• Create customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on achieving measurable functional improvements and enhancing overall quality of life.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
• Deliver education to patients and families regarding recovery strategies, injury prevention, and the importance of adherence to prescribed rehabilitation protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients ranging from athletes with sports-related injuries to those recovering from post-operative orthopedic procedures and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the chance to work with patients at various stages of rehabilitation, enabling you to make significant impacts on their functional abilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is necessary prior to starting the role.
• Strong clinical skills complemented by the ability to adapt treatment modalities as patient needs evolve throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
• Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with orthopedic protocols will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
