Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, typically managing 1–2 patients per hour.
• Effectively assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery and function.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to promote healing and enhance mobility.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions using EMR systems, ensuring all records reflect accurate and timely updates.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercises and home care routines that foster independence and improve long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
