Experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Facility

Position Overview

All About Balance Physical Therapy, located in the picturesque city of Saratoga, California, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work directly with patients to restore movement, alleviate pain, and enhance functional abilities in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a supportive environment. Situated in beautiful Saratoga, the clinic offers a tranquil backdrop conducive to recovery. You will work a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Our team emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, ensuring that every therapist, assistant, and staff member contributes to creating a warm and effective healing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapy sessions for 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring each session is engaging and maximally beneficial.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in WebPT for easy access and coordination with other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle changes that support their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with predominantly consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of various ages and activity levels, providing opportunities to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact their quality of life and recovery outcomes through your expertise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is desired.
• Familiarity with WebPT as a documentation tool will be advantageous.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
