In this position, you will play a critical role in restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for patients, delivering personalized rehabilitation and therapeutic services geared towards their individual needs.

About the Organization

At Lifestyle Motion Physical Therapy Services, we provide exceptional care with a focus on orthopedic outpatient therapy. Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a positive environment conducive to healing and fitness. Our team is made up of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all of whom share a commitment to ensuring each patient receives diligent and tailored care. We mainly cater to clients with private medical insurance, allowing you to work with a diverse and appreciative patient population.

Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite and involves home care services, allowing for personalized, one-on-one interactions with patients in the comfort of their own environments. A typical workweek will be structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a stable schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring our patients receive optimal care at the most convenient times. As part of our team, you will engage closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative spirit in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient to identify their specific needs and establish treatment objectives.
• Maintain a proactive patient load, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for comprehensive, individualized care.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to administer effective and cost-efficient therapy that enhances patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating various therapeutic techniques relevant to orthopedic care.
• Encourage non-surgical alternatives to pain management, guiding patients to improved health outcomes.
• Design and facilitate wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journeys, inspiring them to achieve optimal functionality and health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and keep detailed records of the services and outcomes achieved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of patient demographics, fostering a dynamic and enriching experience for you and your clients alike.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active Physical Therapy license in California with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in a range of manual therapy techniques and comfortable designing and implementing tailored exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Experience in home care settings, providing therapy in patients' residences, is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to document patient services and maintain accurate records is beneficial for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
