Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality, individualized treatment to a caseload of up to 2 patients per hour, focusing on hands-on therapy techniques and patient education.
• Employ evidence-based practices, leveraging recent research and advanced methodologies to optimize patient outcomes regarding mobility and pain management.
• Continuously assess and modify therapy plans based on regular monitoring of patient progress, ensuring that treatment goals are met effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, utilizing WebPT to ensure compliance and seamless communication within the healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the needs of each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, demonstrating the ability to provide professional services in compliance with state regulations.
• Proven analytical abilities and a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
• A proactive, engaging demeanor that fosters trust and motivation among patients during their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in administering a range of orthopedic therapies.
• Prior experience with electronic health record systems, specifically WebPT, is favorable.
• Understanding of diverse physical therapy modalities that enhance rehabilitation processes, such as dry needling or laser therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
