Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, gathering essential history and evaluating physical function to develop initial treatment strategies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Engage with 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring personalized attention that fosters trust and encourages open communication.
• Adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback, adjusting techniques and intensity to support optimal recovery.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient care and progress using WebPT, ensuring compliance with health standards and facilitating communication among healthcare providers.
• Conduct patient education sessions, providing crucial information on exercise regimes, pain management strategies, and wellness practices.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist role is primarily focused on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, tailoring your approach to accommodate specific needs such as post-operative rehabilitation or preventative care strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one before starting the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
