Work Environment

This full-time role requires you to work onsite in our home care environment, where collaborative teamwork and patient engagement are paramount. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, delivering personalized therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify each patient's physical therapy goals, challenges, and needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patients, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with outpatients dealing with various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Your goal will be to provide each patient with the tools and confidence they need to regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is highly preferred.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
• Ability to create effective treatment strategies that are individualized for each patient's specific needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in outpatient orthopedics, is preferred.
• Previous experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document and manage patient records efficiently.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
