Work Environment\n

This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while also requiring some evening and weekend hours to accommodate our clients’ diverse needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover clients’ mental health strengths, challenges, and available resources, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, articulating clear therapeutic goals and interventions to guide clients on their journey toward healing and resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care, effectively communicating findings and treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans when necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate help in moments of crisis.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up to date and reflective of the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enrich our clients’ therapeutic experiences and foster community.
