Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances and goals. Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for clients of varying age groups, including teens, adults, and couples through virtual platforms. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with industry standards. Stay updated with best practices in mental health by participating in professional development activities and supervision sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse client population includes teens navigating adolescence, adults facing daily life challenges, and couples seeking relationship guidance. Qualifications A master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is required for licensure. Licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or an equivalent designation) is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy is required. Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning and delivering mental health therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction. Comfortable and competent in using video conferencing tools for remote therapy sessions. Preferred Experience Experience working in telehealth settings, providing an understanding of the unique dynamics of virtual therapy. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in therapy. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
