Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, ethical individual counseling via secure video platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment. Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapeutic interventions that best suit each client. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while addressing clients’ unique life circumstances and mental health needs. Encourage self-awareness and insight in clients by exploring their feelings, relationships, and behavioral patterns during sessions. Regularly assess and monitor client progress throughout the treatment duration, adjusting plans as needed to promote optimal mental health outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapy services primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to empathize with clients. Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to leverage technology in clinical practice. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally working with adults in both individual and group settings. A background in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments to address patient needs and goals. No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record. Compensation and Benefits Inner Insight Therapy Inc offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
