Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families to identify challenges and goals of therapy.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, conducting individual therapy when necessary for each partner.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Addressing diverse family dynamics and issues, such as conflict resolution among family members, job-related stress, communication barriers, and blended family dynamics.

• Providing psychoeducation and support around topics including grief and loss, separation and divorce, and psychological safety.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and any interventions used.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with various patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will be addressing a wide array of issues, helping couples and families navigate challenges such as:

Qualifications\n
