Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and assessments to understand client histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation reflects accurate, timely notes regarding therapy sessions.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and various behavioral health issues. As a staff member of Empowering Integrated Care Counseling, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent support that respects and reflects their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with Telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions is highly desirable, as it demonstrates familiarity with virtual engagement strategies. Additionally, experience in crisis intervention and developing treatment plans for a wide range of mental health conditions will be regarded favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
