Regulatory and Compliance Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Analyst in Newark, DE. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory and Compliance Analyst to support a remediation initiative related to a regulatory audit. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in regulatory reporting or tax operations who thrive in a process-driven environment and are comfortable working with large volumes of data. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate CRS (Common Reporting Standard) self-certifications for accuracy and completeness
• Review and validate tax forms and supporting documentation
• Update internal systems with required regulatory and client data elements
• Assist with client solicitation efforts to obtain missing or updated documentation
• Support remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit findings
• Perform quality assurance checks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Analyze and manipulate large datasets using Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory reporting, tax operations, regulatory compliance, or a related field
• Experience validating tax forms and regulatory documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical, process-oriented approach
• Experience working in a tax or regulatory compliance environment

• Familiarity with CRS/FATCA documentation and reporting
• Previous experience supporting regulatory audits or remediation projects
