The Associate Director, Enterprise HR Communications is responsible for leading, developing and executing strategic communications plans in support of Pratt & Whitney (P&W) and enterprise HR priorities.This role serves as a key member of the Enterprise HR Communications team and drives aligned, high-impact communications that support both business and enterprise goals.This position requires strong employee and executive communications expertise, experience in change communications and awareness of HR initiatives. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellence in strategic planning, tactical execution and the ability to influence and partner at the highest levels of the organization.What You Will Do:Lead HR communications for P&W, including development, execution and measurement of an integrated communications plan aligned to functional, business and enterprise priorities.
