Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients daily, building genuine relationships and understanding their real estate needs.
• Utilize proven lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property showings and provide insightful market information to clients, enhancing their decision-making process.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve client engagement techniques.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions to sharpen skills and stay updated on market trends.
• Follow up with leads consistently, guiding them from initial interest to successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up processes.

• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships with a genuine interest in their needs.
• Ability to utilize lead generation systems effectively to connect with potential buyers and sellers.
• Proven track record of conducting property showings and providing valuable market insights to clients.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and refine sales strategies.
• Commitment to attending weekly coaching sessions for continuous skill enhancement and market trend updates.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in a CRM system.
