Requirements

• Must be an active licensed Realtor OR currently enrolled in real estate classes.

• Ambition, strong work ethic, self-discipline, and a long-term commitment to a real estate career.

Compensation:

$125,500 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Host open houses and show homes to prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
• Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate property showings, optimizing your time and client satisfaction.
• Provide detailed property information and insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring seamless transactions and positive outcomes.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, sharing valuable insights with clients and the team.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for properties, enhancing visibility and appeal to potential buyers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of providing detailed property insights and market trends to assist clients in decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement marketing strategies for properties.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tucson, AZ, and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
• Active real estate license or current enrollment in real estate classes is required for this role.
