This position will be based in Auburn, AL.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:Operates and troubleshoots extrusion and auxiliary equipment.Performs material changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups as directed.Performs and documents in-process sampling.Completes all required documentation accurately per cGMP requirements.Makes process setting adjustments to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on process and building equipment as directed.Verifies that extruded products are package and labeled correctly.Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.Identifies areas where additional documentation would be helpful to outline production requirements.What You Will Bring On The Journey:Physical ability to perform activity in compound roomHigh school diploma or GEDPrior experience in an extrusion or manufacturing environment preferredBasic skills in industrial electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical systems preferredAbility to work within a team environmentAbility to use common mechanic hand toolsStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong organizational skillsEnjoy working with your handsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus plan.An exciting, diverse and value based working environment.Award-winning Corporate University offering personal development and training opportunities.Innovative benefits plan which includes: 401K plan, vacation, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, pet insurance, wellness plan, and generous paid maternity/paternity leave.Retirement Savings planBe You.
