Job Summary
Looking for a Salesforce Architect with hands-on Agentforce and Agentic AI experience who can design multi-agent AI ecosystems, integrate enterprise AI platforms with Salesforce, and build secure, scalable AI orchestration frameworks using LLMs, MCP, A2A, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
AI & Agentic Architecture
- Design autonomous AI and multi-agent ecosystems.
- Define agent governance, delegation models, and semantic task routing.
- Build scalable orchestration frameworks for AI-driven workflows.
- Optimize context management, token usage, and reasoning efficiency.
- Architect integrations between AI platforms and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Design solutions using:
- REST APIs
- gRPC
- Event-Driven Architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
- Develop Salesforce integrations using:
- Apex
- Salesforce Flows
- Prompt Templates
- APIs & Connectors
- Define authentication, authorization, and trust boundaries.
- Establish AI governance and data protection standards.
- Ensure enterprise security and compliance requirements are met.
- Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Document architecture designs, technical trade-offs, and requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Salesforce, and Platform teams.
