Personal Injury Case Manager

We are searching for a Personal Injury Case Manager for our client in Calabasas. You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. This position is responsible for managing case files, maintaining client communication, coordinating medical treatment and records, and ensuring deadlines and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in personal injury law, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Position Details: Pay: $28-$35 Onsite Position Direct Hire Opportunity Key Responsibilities Case Management & Support Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, notes, and documentation in the case management system Track statutes of limitation, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure compliance and timely case progression Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and settlement support Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and responding to inquiries Guide clients through the personal injury process with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication Coordinate medical treatment, communicate with providers, and obtain medical records and bills Medical & Records Coordination Request, review, and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien information Track treatment status, outstanding records, and related documentation Prepare medical summaries and demand support materials as needed Administrative & Legal Support Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third parties Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and closing files Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with firm procedures Qualifications Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal (personal injury strongly preferred) Bilingual (English & Spanish) Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and terminology Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience working in pre-litigation and/or litigation personal injury matters Familiarity with medical record review and lien resolution High-volume caseload management experience Work Environment & Skills Fast-paced legal environment Client-focused and detail-driven Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills If you feel you meet the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
