JETSET Training Manager (Dallas-Based)

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the JETSET Training Academy’s for new instructors and will oversee up to 25 lead instructors within a designated region. The Training Manager will ensure brand consistency across all training and their regions studios. They will play a pivotal role in product development, including creating workshops, brainstorming new class types, and developing innovative exercises. Key Responsibilities Training Leadership: Lead 2-4 training sessions per month (5 day or 2 weekend format) Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants understand and can effectively deliver our brand’s unique workout experience Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Lead Instructor Oversight: Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to studios to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency Ensure all lead instructors adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs Regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices and brand messaging Serve as the primary point of contact for lead instructors regarding training-related inquiries and issues Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging and effective workshops Brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises that align with the brand’s vision and goals Test and refine new training concepts before they are rolled out to the broader instructor base Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement Assist with the development of training budgets and ensure all training activities are conducted within budgetary constraints Support Management of the Training & Innovation Studio: Ensure all client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a positive and timely response Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules; maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed New Studio Audition Approval Support: Support VP with new studio opening instructor audition process from submission to approval What You Need To Be Successful You value strong leadership and effective team management You excel at organization and time management You bring creativity and innovation to training and product development You motivate and inspire others to perform at their best You pay close attention to detail and uphold a strong commitment to quality Key Attributes Brand Stewardship: You protect and elevate the JETSET training experience by upholding brand standards in coaching, communication, and execution across all studios Problem Solver: You identify and address training or operational challenges with clear, actionable solutions that enhance consistency, efficiency, and team performance Detail-Driven Mindset: You bring a passion for precision, presentation, and program integrity, ensuring every instructor and client experience reflects the JETSET aesthetic and standard Collaborative: You partner seamlessly with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) and franchise owners to deliver unified, brand-aligned training initiatives Decisive & Resourceful: You assess evolving studio needs, anticipate risks to brand and performance standards, and implement smart, scalable solutions with confidence and agility Requirements NASM/AFAA certification preferred Boutique group fitness teaching experience, preferably in Pilates Previous administrative and operational experience preferred Availability & Travel Training sessions are scheduled on a rotating basis and may occasionally include weekend days, though this is not a weekly requirement. Teaching requirements include a set number of classes per month to maintain hands-on teaching experience. Travel is hybrid with significant on-site presence at our Regional Training & Support Center in Dallas (opening mid-late 2026) and/or Regional Training Centers, with up to 20% travel for department meetings, on-site trainings, and workshops.
