Reservations Management—handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, keeping records up to date. Customer Service—respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, aiming to exceed expectations. Payment Processing—handle payment transactions, including room charges, deposits, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Communication Hub—coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs. Providing Information—offer details about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation. Problem‑Solving—resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively, escalating when necessary. Maintaining Records—keep accurate, organized records of guest stays, payments, and interactions in the PMS. Promoting Hotel Services—upsell rooms and promote amenities such as dining or event spaces. Ensuring Security—follow safety and security protocols, verify identification, and monitor for suspicious activity. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Friendly and welcoming demeanor. Professional interaction with guests, addressing their needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to prepare and handle food safely. Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands.
